AGGrand Natural Kelp and Sulfate of Potash is a great addition to general fertilizers. Its formula is high in potassium, which aids in the early stages of plant growth and also later improves the quality of fruit and vegetables. It contains minimally processed sulfate of potash from the Great Salt Lake in Utah. Unlike other sources of potassium, this does not contain chloride, which can harm soil life and plant roots. Sulfate of potash (K2SO4) is ionically balanced, so plants are able to absorb it readily through their roots or in foliar applications.
